Loan Products
The terms and conditions of mortgage loans made with the Company will vary from time to time depending on a range of factors. The Company will only lend on the security of registered mortgages over real property in Australia, to a maximum 70% of property valuation, unless mortgage default insurance is obtained. The company is unable to provide unsecured loans.
Provided the loan terms and conditions are adhered to, generally speaking the company will not charge any loan fees other than the agreed interest rate, an initial application fee, a final loan discharge fee and costs properly incurred to establish the mortgage.
A valuation as certified by an approved valuer and arranged by the Company is required and loans are generally able to be quickly approved and implemented provided all the relevant information is to hand.
