H.D. & C. Securities Limited issues Investment Notes with varying periods and interest rates. Investment Notes may be 'At Call' or for a 'Fixed Term'.
There are no entry, exist or ongoing fees (government taxes may apply).
These interest rates are effective 21st December 2011 (subject to change).

The Company reserves the right to vary any of the interest rates or investment terms offered from time to time. A variation in interest rate or investment term will not effect Investment Notes already issued on a 'Fixed Term' investment.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In June 2010 the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ('ASIC') issued an updated Regulatory Guide 156 entitled 'Advertising of debentures and unsecured notes'. This guide requires issuers of debentures and notes to comply with an advertising standard which must incorporate the following warnings:
1. That an Investment Note is not a bank deposit.
2. All investments involve risk and there is a risk to investors of losing some or all of their principal investment.
'ASIC' has also released, as part of its continuing investor education, an independent guide entitled 'Investing in unlisted debentures and unsecured notes?'. This guide is available for public viewing at ASIC's consumer webisite www.moneysmart.gov.au. This website also offers financial tips and safety checks for consumers and investors.
Since H.D.& C. Securities Limited commenced business on the 1st August 1990 it has never defaulted on a payment of principal or interest nor has it suffered a loss on a mortgage loan.
