How to Invest
To invest in Investment Notes of H.D. & C. Securities Limited please complete the Investment Application Form accompanying the Prospectus and either mail it to us or call into our office with your cheque.
New investors will also need to provide sufficient identification. Please contact the Company to inquire about our current identification requirements.
The Company will acknowledge allotment of Investment Notes as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than two months from the receipt of application monies by forwarding to you a 'Certificate of Investment Note Stock' for 'Fixed Term' investments and 'At Call' investors will receive an investment receipt or, if required, a withdrawal/investment booklet containing an investment receipt.
