The directors of H.D. & C. Securities Limited wish to advise that the Company has entered into a sale agreement under which the Bendigo and Adelaide bank Limited will purchase from H.D. & C. Securities Limited its entire loan book portfolio. Settlement will be effected Tuesday the 11th June 2013.
As a result of this sale, H.D. & C. Securities Limited has elected to repay Secured Note Holders their investment in full, including all interest, as at the date of redemption.
