First appointed a Director in 1989. Gavin is a previous partner and principal, and currently consultant to the Benalla legal firm of Harrison Dobson & Cottrill. Gavin has been involved with mortgage lending initially with Harrison Dobson & Cottrill and subsequently as a director of this Company since 1967. Gavin remains closely involved with the loan approval process and the management of the Company and has long and relevant experience in legal and property issues.

John William Lambert (Bill) DOBSON LL.B.

First appointed a Director in 1989. Bill is a pevious partner of the Benalla legal firm of Harrison Dobson & Cottrill. Bill has been been involved with mortgage lending initially with Harrison Dobson & Cottrill and subsequently as a director of this Company since 1970. Bill remains closely involved with the loan approval process and the management of the Company and has long and relevant experience in legal and property issues.

Matthew James SUSSMILCH LL.B.

First appointed a Director in 2005. Matthew is the current principal of the Benalla legal firm of Harrison Dobson & Cottrill. Matthew is closely involved with the loan approval process and the management of the Company and as principal of the legal firm has relevant experience in legal and property issues.

David Antony JOYCE Dip. Mtge. Lend. SA Fin

Appointed General Manager in 1990 and a Director in 2003. David was previously employed with the National Australia Bank Limited and has now had over 28 years experience in the finance industry. David has been responsible for the day to day running of the business since it began operation in 1990. David is appointed as a Responsible Manager under both the Company's Australian Financial Services Licence amd Australian Credit Licence.

Brian Anthony PIANTA

Investments and Loans Manager. Joined the Company in 2003. Brian was previously employed by the Westpac Banking Corporation Limited and National Mutual Holdings Limited. Brian has now had over 23 years experience in the finance industry. Brian is appointed as a Responsible Manager under the Company's Australian Credit Licence.

Beth Joanne GREGORY

Administrative Manager. Joined the Company in 2008. Previously employed with the Bendigo Bank.

Janelle Suzanne HOSSACK

Administrative Manager. Initially joined the Company in 1999.
